Job description

Job Descriptions:

1.Responsible for the commissioning, debugging, cutover and acceptance of wireless products.

2.Transfers skills to technical engineers of representative offices and outsourcing personnel.

3.Provides technical support and troubleshooting for maintenance during the engineering period.

4.Handles the faults escalated from the front line of wireless products.

5.Escalates the faults that cannot be handled by the second line of wireless products to the third line of technical support.

6.Provides optimization suggestions or solutions based on wireless network problems.

Job Requirements:

1. Have wireless product technical work experiences and minimum of 5 years' experience within the industry. Huawei/Ericsson/Nokia work experiences are preferred.

2. Fluent in English (written and spoken).

3. Bachelor's degree or higher education in Computer technology/Telecommunications/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
