A leading company in the industry is seeking an R&D Manager to develop and implement R&D strategies while managing a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of relevant experience and a strong focus on leadership and team development.
R&D Manager
Responsible for developing and implementing the R&D strategy.
Manages and coordinates the activities and budget of the assigned R&D team.
Develops rigorous experimental plans in collaboration with the R&D team to ensure technical integrity and quality throughout the project.
Leads and chairs R&D team meetings to communicate project direction and review progress.
Handles human resource responsibilities focused on talent acquisition, development, and performance reviews, including staff training through internal and external programs.
Builds leadership within the team by fostering a high-performance work culture through accountability, coaching, mentoring, and teamwork.
May coordinate with the Factory Manager to access external technology.
Minimum Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience.
