R&D Food Supervisor

Minimum 2 years of experience as an R&D Supervisor in the Food & Beverage industry.

Proficient in formulation and production of liquid, powder, and jelly-based products.

Knowledgeable in organoleptic testing applications.

Experience in implementing ISO 22000 and Halal Assurance System (SJPH).

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and formulate new and existing products.
2. Create and manage project timelines.
3. Supervise and coordinate the R&D team.
4. Ensure formulations comply with applicable regulations.
5. Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
