About the role

We are seeking a talented R & D Chemist to join our team at Living Natural Sdn Bhd in Sungai Buloh, Selangor. As an R & D Chemist, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's innovation and product development efforts within the Chemistry & Physics industry. What you'll be doing

• Conduct advanced research and development activities to create new and improved products, formulations and processes
• Perform complex chemical analyses, testing and experiments to evaluate the effectiveness, safety and quality of products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable product development plans
• Document and communicate research progress, findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies and scientific advancements
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing products and processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, regulatory and quality standards

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an R & D Chemist or in a similar role within the Chemistry & Physics industry
• Proven track record of successful product development and research initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with industry-standard laboratory equipment, instrumentation and software
• Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements and innovations
