Job summary

Kuoni Tumlare in Jakarta is seeking a Quotations Supervisor to coordinate travel/tour itineraries with global Sales teams. The role is based in Jakarta, focusing on timely quotation preparation and effective communication.

You will research destinations, prepare accurate quotes, and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring responses within 24 hours and collaborating with team members.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Mandarin Literature.
• Fluent Japanese speaking skills and reading ability (MUST).
• Oral and written English skills (MUST).
• Common to work with computer systems (non-web) preferred.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

Reporting to the Quotations Supervisor. Working and liaising with Sales teams across the Globe for preparation travel/tour itinerary. Daily target will be assigned for this role. This role will be based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Research all destinations to plan, coordinate and accurate cost tour itineraries for clients.
• Provide suitable recommendations to clients in the preparation of the travel/tour itinerary.
• Build and maintain good client relationship.
• Priorities daily work as necessary.
• Ensure turnaround quotations within deadline given.
• Reply all messages within 24 hours.
• Be Able to work in a team and a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Diploma, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or Mandarin Literature.
• Fluent Japanese speaking skills and the ability to read Japanese (MUST)
• Oral and written skill ofEnglish (MUST)
• Common to work with computer system (non web) is preferable
• 2 years of working experience (preferred), but Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication skills
