• Familiar with quantity calculation rules for mechanical installation works; capable of independent measurement.
• Familiar with progress claim procedures and submitting payment documents.
• Meticulous, responsible and data-sensitive with clear logical thinking and good communication for multi-party verification.
• Proficient in office software and engineering measurement tools; experience in Indonesian projects preferred.
• Indonesian local identity; able to work on-site and familiar with local environment.
• Fluent in English reading/writing; Chinese language skills highly preferred for communication with management and owner.

Responsibilities

• Conduct quantity calculation and measurement statistics for mechanical works; verify on-site quantities.
• Prepare and submit monthly progress payment documents; ensure accuracy and compliance for payment collection.
• Track on-site construction progress in real time and update measurement ledger.
• Sort and submit monthly progress payment applications to the project owner.

Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical Discipline) – Indonesia Project On-site

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct quantity calculation and measurement statistics for mechanical works, including equipment, steel structure, piping, tank fabrication and installation, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation works. Verify and audit completed on-site quantities accurately.

2. Prepare, organize and submit complete monthly progress payment application documents for mechanical disciplines. Ensure all data and documents are accurate, complete and compliant to guarantee smooth review and payment collection from the owner.

3. Track on-site construction progress in real time, verify actual completed quantities, and update the measurement ledger regularly.

4. Responsible for sorting and submitting monthly progress payment applications to the project owner.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma or Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines.

2. Familiar with quantity calculation rules for mechanical installation works including equipment, steel structure, piping, storage tank, anti-corrosion and thermal insulation works; able to complete professional quantity measurement independently.

3. Familiar with the full progress claim procedure, capable of independently preparing and submitting payment documents. Relevant experience in project measurement and progress payment application is preferred.

4. Meticulous, responsible and data-sensitive with clear logical thinking and good communication skills for multi-party quantity verification and coordination.

5. Proficient in office software and engineering measurement tools; experienced in Indonesian local construction projects is preferred.

6. Hold valid Indonesian local identity, able to work stably on-site and familiar with local construction site environment.

7. Fluent in English reading and writing. Candidates who can speak and write Chinese are highly preferred. Able to communicate smoothly with Chinese management team and project owner.

8. Able to work under pressure and possess good teamwork spirit.
