Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, or construction.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; AutoCAD and QS software are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare BoQ, RAB, quantity take-off, and cost estimates for construction and infrastructure works.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure accurate quantity and cost calculations.
• Calculate quantities for civil, infrastructure, landscaping, road, drainage, utilities, and building works.
• Coordinate with Project and Engineering teams to validate quantities and cost assumptions.
• Monitor cost estimates and update calculations based on design or project changes.
• Maintain accurate QS documentation and cost reports.
