Job description

Minimum 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying for residential construction (villa/apartment experience preferred)

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing in Indonesia

Excellent numerical and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and quantity take-off software

Familiarity with local market rates, labour costs, and supplier pricing

Detail-oriented, with strong time management and organizational skills

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency highly regarded

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed BOQs and cost estimates from architectural and structural drawings

Manage all project cost reporting and budgeting across multiple projects

Evaluate and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations

Monitor construction costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets

Assist in the procurement of materials and subcontractor services

Liaise with project managers, site managers, and accounting to track cost-to-complete

Prepare payment schedules and progress claims for clients and subcontractors

Monitor variations, change orders, and issue cost-related recommendations

Assist with tender submissions and feasibility studies for upcoming developments

Provide regular cost reporting and financial forecasts to senior management
