Overview

Title: Quality System Analyst

Description

Purpose Provides assistance to the area, by drafting Quality System documents, preparing quality internal performance indicators and following up of Quality events.

Responsibilities
  • Prepares drafts of Quality Management Systems documents.
  • Prepares the quality internal performance indicators and necessary reports.
  • Follows up Quality events (customer claims/disatisfactions, non-conformities, etc).
  • Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Requirements

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Assurance, or related fields.
  • Recent graduate or up to 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural and cross-functional environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and quality systems is an advantage.

Languages

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Additional languages are a plus depending on the region.
