Quality Supervisor

Great knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949.

Must possess ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 from a qualified certification party.

Able to speak English fluently is a must.

Have at least 1-2 years of experience at the Supervisor level.

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma's Degree in any field.

Good personality and communication skills.

Have analytical ability and be familiar with any analysis tools.

Diligent, thorough, and willing to learn.

Good in operating Microsoft Office (at least MS Word, Excel, PPT).

Have good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company's quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 standards.

Lead the team in ensuring that the company's production processes and services comply with established quality standards.

Control the conduct of periodic internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system and provide recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure that policies and procedures are implemented in accordance with established quality standards.

Analyze quality data collected to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the quality management system.

Prepare periodic reports to management regarding the performance of the quality management system and recommendations for improvement.

Monitor developments and trends in the field of quality management to ensure the company is always up-to-date with best practices.

Communicate effectively with external parties such as auditors and customers regarding the quality of the company's products and services.
