Job summary

Unilever Indonesia is seeking a Quality Officer for a 12-month temporary fixed-term contract to support quality and laboratory activities at our manufacturing site. You will manage reports, stock chemicals and equipment, and back up analyses for FG, RM, and PM while upholding high quality and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma or Bachelor's in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, with experience in Quality or FMCG environments, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in Quality, Laboratory, Manufacturing, or FMCG environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer Quality and Laboratory activities and issue reports in a timely manner.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of chemicals, analytical equipment, stationery, and lab supplies.
• Provide backup analysis for Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and quality objectives.
