Job summary

Unilever Indonesia seeks a Quality Officer for a 12‑month temporary fixed term contract to support quality standards across manufacturing operations. The role offers hands‑on experience in laboratory operations, quality management, and assurance within a leading FMCG company.

The candidate will administer Quality and Lab activities, maintain stock of chemicals and equipment, and provide backup analysis for FG, RM, and PM while collaborating with cross‑functional teams on improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience in Quality, Laboratory, Manufacturing, or FMCG environments is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth administration of Quality and Laboratory activities, including timely reports.
• Maintain adequate stock levels of chemicals, analytical equipment, stationery, and laboratory supplies.
• Support laboratory operations with backup analysis for Finished Goods, Raw Materials, and Packaging Materials as needed.
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of quality, compliance, and operational excellence across the site.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and quality objectives.

What will you be doing?

We're looking for someone who has:

• Good planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
