A leading pulp and paper company based in Indonesia is seeking a QA & QC Dept. Head. This role requires at least 10 years of experience in quality management in the Pulp & Paper and FMCG industries. The successful candidate will enhance product quality, reduce costs, and lead the quality control process. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential. The position is based in South Jakarta and involves strategic communication and collaboration across departments.
QA & QC Dept. Head
Increase profitability through Cost Reduction, Increase of HVA products, and On Time in Full of Production and Delivery performance across BU Tissue - APP Indonesia.
Increase Customer Satisfaction by improving Product Quality & reducing Breakdowns.
Improve Quality Control Process through process control and variation reduction.
Indicator to assure sustainability of our process.
Effectively communicate the strategic business vision and organization value to employees within area of responsibility.
Anticipate areas where support or influence will be required (e.g.: discuss situations/concerns with appropriate individuals).
Create new models and methods for the organization.
Initiate collaboration with other groups/organizations on projects or methods of operating.
Cascade organizational target into workplan by considering a range of factors in the planning process (e.g., costs, timing, customer needs, resources available, etc.).
Able to cascade down the functional target into individual target.
Able to make decisions appropriately in the scope of responsibilities by considering organization best interests.
