Job Description

As a Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and implementing quality control objectives and procedures.
• Collaborating with production managers to develop and execute quality control programmes.
• Auditing and reviewing quality control processes and recommending improvements.
• Managing and supervising the Quality Assurance team to achieve set targets.
• Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers where necessary to keep them informed about quality standards.
• Overseeing product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
• Preparing and presenting quality reports to the company's leadership team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Manager should have:

• A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in quality control within the FMCG industry.
• Proficiency in quality control software and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
