Job Description
As a Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and implementing quality control objectives and procedures.
- Collaborating with production managers to develop and execute quality control programmes.
- Auditing and reviewing quality control processes and recommending improvements.
- Managing and supervising the Quality Assurance team to achieve set targets.
- Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
- Liaising with customers and suppliers where necessary to keep them informed about quality standards.
- Overseeing product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Preparing and presenting quality reports to the company's leadership team.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in quality control within the FMCG industry.
- Proficiency in quality control software and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
