Job Description

• Champion quality initiatives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable procedures and legal requirements.
• Lead and support quality improvement projects that align with regulatory standards and increase quality awareness

Quality Management System & Compliance

• Evaluate and improve the implementation of the Quality Management System to support business goals.
• Ensure appropriate structures, ownership, and tools are in place to achieve Zero Defects and Zero Complaints.
• Collaborate with departments to develop procedures, conduct audits, and ensure regular compliance checks.
• Provide quality-specific training in collaboration with the Risk and Training Manager.
• Lead internal audits and ensure effective implementation of incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections.
• Manage product recalls or withdrawals if necessary.

Quality Metrics and Continuous Improvement

• Develop and maintain a Quality Scorecard aligned with customer expectations.
• Analyze quality performance data to drive predictive and corrective actions.
• Ensure transparency and accessibility of quality data across the organization.

Promote Quality Culture

• Lead campaigns highlighting quality achievements and best practices.
• Conduct quality training for new hires.
• Act as a subject matter expert for compliance and continuous improvement.

Operational Responsibilities

• Execute activities in line with ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, Halal Standard, and BRCGS Packaging Material.
• Oversee inspection activities for raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering).
• Experience in flexible packaging is a must, and strong QC background.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, including 3 years in a managerial role.
• Certified in ISO 9001, Food Safety Management Systems, and Halal Assurance.
• Proven experience managing compliance and audits.
• ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000, Halal Assurance, Product & Laboratory Safety, Supplier Audit understanding.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Effective in process management, team building, and influencing.
