We are seeking an experienced and driven Quality Manager to join our dynamic team at Aspen Pumps Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., a leading manufacturer in the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics industry. As our Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our operations, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. This full-time position is based in Sungai Buloh, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing and maintaining robust quality control systems and processes to meet or exceed industry standards
• Overseeing and coordinating quality assurance activities, including inspections, testing, and audits, to identify and resolve quality issues
• Analysing quality data and generating comprehensive reports to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address root causes of quality problems
• Providing expert guidance and training to production staff on quality best practices
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality-related regulations, standards, and internal policies
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in quality management
• Leading and mentoring a team of quality assurance professionals
• High integrity with quality minded, and not to be influenced
• Development of PFMEA and Control Plans for new product development and transfer

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 - 8 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably within the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management principles, tools, and techniques, such as Six Sigma, Lean, and ISO standards
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
• Ability to interpret and apply quality-related regulations, standards, and industry best practices
• Proficient in data analysis and report generation using relevant software tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• A team-oriented mindset and the ability to lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
• Degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Certification such as Lean Six Sigma and IPC certified is a plus
• Knowledgeable in electronic products assembly preferably in HVAC industry and PCBA manufacturing processes
