Job description

PT Formosa Bag Indonesia is seeking an experienced Certified Factory Auditor (CFA) Leader in the Quality Management System Department to join our team in Central Java. This full-time role will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining robust quality management systems to ensure our manufacturing operations consistently meet the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the company's quality management system, including policies, processes and procedures

Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards, regulations and customer requirements

Oversee quality control processes, including inspections, testing and audits, to identify and resolve quality issues

Liaise with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives and embed a culture of quality

Analyse quality data and provide actionable insights to optimise manufacturing processes and minimise waste

Train and mentor team members on quality management best practices

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in quality management

Organize and control final inspection

What we're looking for

Minimum holder of a bachelor's degree

Minimum 1 year's experience in a quality management or assurance role, ideally in the manufacturing industry

Proven ability to develop and implement effective quality management systems

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve quality issues

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Knowledge of relevant quality standards and regulations (e.g. ISO 9001, 27001, 45001)

Excellent communications skills, speaking, reading and writing in English

Willing to be placed in Grobogan, Central Java
