Quality Management Supervisor (Quality Improvement, QA Validation, Quality Food Safety)
General Qualifications for All Positions:
Quality Assurance & Validation: Responsible for the preparation, review, and approval of validation documents (master plans, process protocols, and SOPs), ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and overseeing the quality of production facilities and processes.
Food Safety & Compliance: Manage the implementation of quality and food safety systems, including audits, business process development, document reviews, and the resolution of product quality issues and consumer complaints in a structured and timely manner.
Continuous Improvement & Project Management: Drive operational efficiency through productivity enhancement, quality reporting, KPI/KRA-based project management, QMS program updates, and the development of high-potential (Hi-Po) talent.
