Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a Quality Management Staff (Japanese Speaker) for our Serang site. You will conduct quality inspections on the footwear production floor and monitor processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

The role requires JLPT N3+ or higher with strong Japanese communication for workplace interactions; experience in footwear QC is preferred, and MS Office skills are essential for reporting and documentation.
