Job summary

Peoplyee is seeking a Production Transition Staff (Japanese Speaker) in Serang to oversee the handoff from footwear development to mass production. You will review shoe patterns, coordinate material testing, and inspect samples to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.

The role requires JLPT N3+ with strong Japanese communication, footwear manufacturing experience, and a driving licence (SIM C) preferred for commuting. This is a site-based position in Serang.
