Job summary

L’Oréal Indonesia Plant is seeking a Quality Management Manager to lead the Quality Management System and drive world-class quality. You will ensure compliance with ISO standards and audit suppliers to uphold Finished Goods quality.

The role demands an analytical and collaborative professional with a background in chemical-related quality, ready to engage cross-functionally with Production and QA teams in Bekasi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry.
• Experience in packaging quality.
• Strong understanding of audit principles (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22716 GMP).

Responsibilities

• Champion the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure products meet world-class standards.
• Monitor and ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22716 GMP and L’Oréal standards.
• Audit suppliers and subcontractors, analyze quality performance, and lead monthly QA alignment meetings.
• Coordinate end-to-end customer claim investigations and partner with Production Units to elevate Finished Goods quality.

What You Will Do

As a Quality Management Manager, you will champion our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure our products meet world-class standards.

In This Role, You Will

• Compliance & QMS: Monitor and ensure strict compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 22716 GMP, and L’Oréal standards.
• Supplier Quality: Audit suppliers and subcontractors, analyze quality performance, and lead monthly QA alignment meetings.
• Continuous Improvement: Coordinate end-to-end customer claim investigations, analyze performance reports, and partner with Production Units to elevate Finished Goods quality.

We are seeking someone who is an analytical and collaborative professional with a Bachelor\'s in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry. You bring experience in packaging quality and a strong understanding of audit principles.
