Job summary

L’Oréal Indonesia Plant is seeking a highly motivated Packaging Intern to join our team and help optimize packaging and production-line efficiency.

You will report to the Packaging Engineer, support testing protocols, collaborate on line trials, and help implement digital documentation to modernize operations in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Final-year student with mandatory internship program from university.
• Willingness to learn packaging testing protocols, line trials, and optimization.
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• Detail-oriented with basic technical background or familiarity with measurement tools.
• Interest or skill in creating digital forms and documentation.

A Day in the Life

As a Packaging Intern, you will report to the Packaging Engineer and you will be playing a key role in optimizing our packaging and production line efficiency.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include

• Testing & Trials: Support the team in conducting packaging testing protocols and executing line trials.
• Problem Solving: Assist in troubleshooting and technical problem-solving during the product development stage.
• Data & Reporting: Co-lead the implementation of digital trial documentation to modernize our operations.

We Are Seeking a Proactive And Detail-oriented Individual Who Is Eager To Learn And Grow Within Our Finance Team. You Are a Great Fit If You Are

• A final-year student with a mandatory internship program from your University. An academic background in Mechanical, Industrial, or Packaging Engineering)
• A strong willingness to learn packaging testing protocols, line trials, and optimization.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• A detail-oriented mindset with basic technical background or familiarity with measurement tools.
• An interest or skill in creating digital forms and documentation.
