OVERVIEW:

PSI Inspector or PSQA audit at assigned suppliers’ locations.

LOCATION:

Indonesia

Accountabilities:

• Execute PSI audits based on inspection instructions and specifications.
• Prepare accurate PSI reports and communicate major issues to supervisors.
• Perform process audits, internal audits, generate reports, and follow up for closure.
• Support Quality Engineering/Quality Management for new project manufacturing readiness.
• Maintain politeness, decisiveness, and professional attire during supplier visits.
• Observe health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supplier QA teams for PSI audits.
• Conduct process audits independently.

Attributes and Skills:

• Experience in PSI audit reporting.
• Ability to prepare weekly/monthly quality inspection reports.
• Ability to prepare weekly/monthly PSQA audit reports.

Hiring Requirements:

• Technical school or college degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in quality inspection, testing, or related functions.
• Understanding of quality inspection instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Ability to independently generate inspection reports.
• Familiarity with inspection instruments and calibration.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).

Functional Skills/Knowledge:

• Ability to read and write in Chinese, English, or both.
• Background in quality inspection.
• Familiarity with sampling quality inspection methods.
• Basic data analysis skills and report generation.
• Ability to work independently.
• Honest and loyal to work.
• Willingness to travel when necessary.
• No color blindness or severe shortsightedness.
