About Our Client

Job Description
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and manage engineering gate reviews for ODM projects.
- Support New Product Introductions (NPI) by reviewing test plans, DFM, and D/PFMEA to ensure timely, high-quality product releases.
- Oversee On-going Reliability Testing (ORT) and Life Time Testing (LTT), ensuring timely execution, proper sampling, and driving failure analysis and corrective actions.
- Analyze repair and test data to drive continuous improvement in First Pass Yield (FPY) and Final Pass Yield.
- Ensure proper execution and documentation of Out-of-Box Audits (OOBA), maintain a lessons learned database, and provide regular training for CQEs/CQAs.
- Drive ODMs to conduct detailed RMA failure analysis, review findings, and ensure implementation of corrective actions.
- Conduct quarterly process and CTPAT audits, and follow up on nonconformities to closure.
- Manage the SCAR process, ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions are in place.
- Lead problem-solving efforts for product quality and reliability issues, supporting senior staff in resolving customer complaints.
- Collaborate with ODMs to promote a culture of Continuous Improvement (CIP), drive Six Sigma initiatives, and engage cross-functional teams in enhancing process capability, implementing real-time SPC, and improving QMS.
- Support screening and qualification of new suppliers.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the quality field, particularly in SMT and box build operations.
- Proficient in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, CAPA, and quality audit systems.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and resolving quality issues.
- Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in quality engineering within an OEM or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality standards, inspection techniques, and root cause analysis.
- Proven ability to ensure product compliance with brand expectations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
