You will be responsible for controlling the quality of the process, proposing improvements if necessary, participating in the confirmation of samples and first parts, and handling abnormalities in the process and customer feedback.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Handle abnormal information from the process and customer feedback.
Inspect the process and propose improvements to relevant units if potential risks are found.
Cooperate with supervisor to complete tasks assigned by supervisor.
Participate in new product briefings and track the quality of new product introduction and trial production.
Confirm the first piece and limit sample.
Make Standard Inspection Procedure and Control Plan.
Cooperate with customers to respond to various quality information required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics or a related field.
At least 2 years of quality control experience; experience in the same product is preferred.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin.
Familiar with SPC, seven QC techniques, MSA, 8D, five TS tool applications, and other tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate, communicate, analyze, and make judgments.
Able to work well under pressure and handle emergency and stressful situations.
