Job summary

PT YPTT Solutions Indonesia is seeking an on-site QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality control activities for electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems on project sites. You will review drawings, inspect materials, and ensure compliance with IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and project standards.

Responsibilities include preparing QA/QC documents, coordinating with client and subcontractors, closing punch lists, and supporting testing and commissioning.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Architecture or Electrical Engineering.
• 2 years of experience as Quality Controller.
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures for MEP construction projects.
• Proficient in English (oral & written).
• Knowledge of inspection and testing for electrical, HVAC and fire protection systems.
• Familiar with IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE and project specs.
• Able to read construction drawings and technical documents.
• Familiar with ITPs, method statements and quality documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office; reporting skills.

Requirements

• Have 2 years working experience as Qualitiy Controller
• Familiar with QA/QC procedures for MEP construction projects.
• Able to speak in English (oral & written)
• Knowledge of inspection and testing processes for electrical, HVAC, and fire protection systems.
• Familiar with international standards such as IEC, NFPA, ASHRAE, and project specifications.
• Able to read and review construction drawings and technical documents.
• Familiar with ITP (Inspection & Test Plan), method statements, and quality documentation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and reporting preparation.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
