About the role

As a QC Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the quality control team, ensuring compliance with quality standards, conducting inspections, and implementing continuous improvement in quality processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reduce customer complaints related to food safety
• Implement the quality management system
• Drive continuous improvement and standardize production processes
• Minimize shipping returns
• Implement 5R, GMP, and HSE standards
• Control quality inspection activities and standardize processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Food Technology, or Biology
• Minimum 2 years experience as Supervisor QC or similar
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and Document Control System
• Ability to perform microbiological, physical, and chemical analyses
• Strong leadership, communication skills, dynamic, and proactive
• Proficient in MS Office
• Willing to be placed in East Java (Pandaan, Pasuruan)
