Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Control Staff at PT. Hertz Flavors Makmur Indonesia located in Mojokerto, East Java. The Quality Control Staff will be responsible for all quality control activities for raw materials, production processes, and final products are carried out in accordance with standard operational procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma Degree in Chemistry, Science, and other related fields.
• Have an knowledge in GC-MS, NIR, density meter, refractometer, photometric determination are advantage.
• Good in academic performance and have strong analytical skills.
• Good in written and spoken English.
• Good in Microsoft Office, especially excel.
• Have a understanding of ISO 9001, HACCP, and ISO 17025 are advantage.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Conduct the inspection of incoming goods, intermediate product, and finished products and its report.
• Implement the standard and rules in the plant based on Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Implement the safety procedures in the laboratory and manufacture.
• Implement 5S consistently to create a safe, efficient and comfortable working environment.
• Carry out the duties by his/her employer and management to achieve the company's goals that have been set.
• Support the implementation of Quality management system (ISO 9001: 2015) and HACCP.
