Qualifications

• Minimum 1 an d'expérience en contrôle qualité dans les domaines de la collecte, du service client ou du télémarketing.
• Capacité à travailler à la fois de manière individuelle et en équipe.
• Capacité à travailler six jours par semaine.

Responsibilities

• Coaching et suivi des agents dans les départements de collecte, service client et télémarketing.
• Préparer les matériels de formation selon les besoins.
• Observer et analyser les résultats de la formation.

Conduct training and being a trainer

Prepare the material for training based on needs

Develop agent, do observation & analysis based on training result

Bring good impact and positive vibes after coaching and training

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Willing to work six days in a week (6+1)

Minimum Diploma degree in any field

Have experience as QC/QA in Collection,CS,Telemarketing minimum 1 year

Independent, initiative, and positive

Can work individual and as a team
