Coaching and Monitoring Department (Collection/CS/Telemarketing)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct training sessions and serve as a trainer.
2. Prepare training materials based on identified needs.
3. Develop agents through observation and analysis based on training outcomes.
4. Create a positive impact and foster a good environment after coaching and training.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Willing to work six days a week (6+1).
• Minimum Diploma degree in any field.
• At least 1 year of experience as QC/QA in Collection, Customer Service, or Telemarketing.
• Independent, proactive, and positive attitude.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
