Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control (QC)

Specialist to oversee the quality management of our luxury villa construction projects in

the Bingin area of Uluwatu. The QC Specialist will ensure that all construction activities

meet our high standards and regulatory requirements, contributing to the success and

reputation of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quality Assurance Procedures: Develop, implement, and enforce quality control

procedures tailored to luxury villa construction. Ensure adherence to architectural

plans, specifications, and industry standards.

2. On-site Inspections and Monitoring: Conduct thorough inspections and quality

checks at various stages of construction to identify defects, deviations, and

compliance issues. Provide timely feedback and corrective actions to project

teams.

3. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of

inspections, test results, and corrective actions. Prepare comprehensive reports for

project managers and stakeholders.

4. Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate closely with subcontractors and

suppliers to ensure quality standards are met. Monitor subcontractor performance

and address quality-related issues promptly.

5. Site Coordination: Work closely with project managers and site engineers to

resolve quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure

effective communication and collaboration across project teams.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or

related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or construction management,

preferably in luxury villa or residential construction.

• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes.

• Proven ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Site-based experience and familiarity with luxury villa construction processes.

• Knowledge of quality management systems and standards (ISO 9001) preferred.

• Willingness to work in the Bingin area of Uluwatu, Bali, and travel to project sites as

required.

• Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for employment in Indonesia.
