Job description

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 2 years of experience working as a quality control or quality engineer.
2. Technical, analytical thinking, and reporting skills.
3. Knowledge of the manufacturing industry, especially tires.
4. Active communication skills and fluent in English (ability to speak Korean is an advantage).

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and improve quality issues in the production process.
2. Analyze defect causes and propose solutions to other teams.
3. Test products and review results.
4. Control quality in the process of production (building process).
5. Assist in preparing for audits (certification audits & OE audits).
