Quality Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our growing manufacturing team at Neo Platech Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our quality control processes to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Based in our South Cikarang West Java facility, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our reputation for excellence in manufacturing.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop, implement and continually improve quality control systems and procedures to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
2. Manage a team of quality inspectors and technicians, providing leadership, coaching and training to drive continuous improvement.
3. Analyse production data and quality metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and waste reduction.
4. Collaborate with production, engineering and procurement teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
5. Prepare detailed quality reports and dashboards to communicate performance to senior management.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry quality standards and best practices, making recommendations for process enhancements.
7. Ensure the company's quality management system and documentation are maintained to the highest standards.

What we're looking for

1. Degree in Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Engineering or a related technical field, especially in air conditioner manufacturing.
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience as a Quality Control Manager or similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Experience in AC manufacturing is preferred.
3. Strong working knowledge of quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, Lean and Statistical Process Control.
4. Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
5. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of quality professionals.
6. Familiarity with quality management systems and regulatory requirements in the manufacturing industry.
7. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
