1. Quality Control (Incoming, In line process & laboratory)
Sampling incoming materials, both raw materials and packaging materials.
Conduct material testing both raw materials and packaging materials in a timely manner and without repetition.
Performing micro, physical, chemical and sensory analysis of semi-finished products and finished products in a timely manner and without repeating the analysis.
Conduct micro analysis of environmental monitoring samples, production tools and machines.
Monitoring the implementation of laboratory equipment calibration.
As a liaison between the company and external testing and calibration labs.
Perform maintenance on lab equipment.
Carry out routine stock taking and control the need for materials/media/analytical reagents.
2. Reporting
Make a daily material inspection report.
Make a report on the test results of semi-finished products, finished products, environmental monitoring.
3. Functional
Implement Good Laboratory Practices in the Inline Process Lab and Analysis Lab.
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma 3 Degree in Food Quality Assurance, Chemical Analysis, Chemical Engineering, Microbiology or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree is an added advantage.
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of Quality Control Analyst experience. Experience in food industries from MNCs is an advantage.
Knowledge, skill and ability required:
Proficiency in microbiological, chemical, sensory analysis, sampling techniques & ISO 17025.
Possesses communication, collaborative and leadership skills. Capable of analytical and logical thinking.
Ability to develop relationships and to interact with all levels in a highly diverse, multicultural environment and team working.
Proactive, independent, agile, meticulous and strong follow-up skills.
Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required. Able to speak/write in Japanese is an added advantage.
