Job summary

PT Savira Construction Group in Bali is seeking a Quality Control professional to join our team. You will communicate directly with foreign clients and write reports in English. Applicants without good English will not be considered.

The role involves reviewing shop drawings and BOQ, performing inspections, and coordinating with site teams across villa/hotel projects in Bali. Based in Bali with relocation support if needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as QC/QA in building construction (villa, hotel, or residential preferred)
• Diploma or Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Familiar with material testing and approval
• Experience with inspections, checklists, defect lists/punch lists, and QC reports with photos
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bali; able to move between project sites
• Own motorbike and driving licence
• Experience with foreign clients or international villa/resort projects (preferred)
• Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets for reporting

About you

• Fluent in English, spoken and written (mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years as QC/QA in building construction (villa, hotel, or residential preferred)
• Diploma or Bachelor in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Solid knowledge of structural, architectural, and finishing worksExperienced in inspections, checklists, defect lists/punch lists, and QC reports with photos
• Familiar with material testing and approval
• Detail-oriented and able to communicate well with site teams and subcontractors
• Based in or willing to relocate to Bali and able to move between project sites
