The Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager for the local BU Service effectively executes customer-facing quality activities and responds quickly to Customer Quality issues by running robust problem-solving initiatives (RCAs). Ensure alignment with Global or Hub Quality & CI strategies and adherence to relevant processes and tools.

How you'll make an impact:

You will define and implement short-, medium-, and long-term strategic actions to improve quality across the entire value chain, manage global quality processes in your areas of responsibility, and drive quality-related certification activities, internal or external audits to maintain the required quality management systems. You will be accountable for delivering overall quality objectives and targets.

You will establish process performance indicators, ensure effective internal controls are in place to verify that processes meet customer and stakeholder expectations, analyze process indicators continuously, and take corrective actions when deviations occur. You will also utilize applicable systems for monitoring, reporting, and following up on process indicators.

You will implement, deploy, and maintain a CI & Lean culture, define and implement a governance structure to generate, prioritize, and execute improvement ideas, and lead the deployment of Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and continuous improvement methodologies across departments. Facilitate Kaizen events, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, and other problem-solving activities, tracking progress and impact of initiatives to achieve cost reductions.

You will manage the resolution of high-profile NCRs, monitor and control customer interventions triggered by dissatisfaction, and address quality issues effectively to eliminate or reduce their impacts, ensuring all corrective and preventive actions are in place.

You will act as an advocate for the customer by ensuring the Voice of Customer is integrated into the local quality strategy, representing the company in front of the customer when needed, and evaluating risks, problems, and solutions from a quality perspective. You will also manage the local Quality & CI team, including capability development, workforce management, footprint, and succession planning. The role reports to the LSU Manager and functionally to the Hub Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager.

You will ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
