Role Overview

We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer who is passionate about delivering high-quality software products. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, functionality, and usability of our web and mobile applications.

This role requires a solid understanding of testing methodologies, automation tools, and collaboration practices. At Inosoft, we promote a shift-left testing culture and encourage the use of AI-driven testing tools, involving QA from the early stages of the development lifecycle.

You will help ensure the success of our software products by performing end-to-end verification and validation, combining manual and automated testing to detect and prevent issues early, following our standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, with at least 1 years in automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Katalon Studio for automated testing on web, mobile, and API platforms.
• Familiarity with RESTful API testing and backend validation.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, and test management processes.
• Ability to develop structured test plans and define comprehensive test coverage using test management tools such as Zephyr Scale.
• Experience using JIRA for task tracking, bug reporting, and test execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Able to communicate clearly in English, both written and verbal.
  
  

Job Description

• Design and implement automated test cases using Katalon Studio.

• Create and maintain manual and automated test cases in Zephyr Scale.
• Use JIRA for test management, bug tracking, and sprint reporting.
• Conduct exploratory testing to identify usability and edge-case issues.
• Leverage AI-driven features in test planning tools to optimize coverage and prioritization.
• Identify, log, and track bugs, clearly communicating their business impact.
• Perform regression, functional, UI, performance, and basic security testing.
• Support post-release testing and troubleshoot production issues.
• Contribute to process improvements and QA documentation.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins).
• Understanding of BDD frameworks (e.g., Gherkin syntax).
• Experience testing in containerized environments (e.g., Docker).

• Familiarity with mobile testing tools like Espresso, Robo test, or Open STF.
