Job summary

PT. Nanotech Indonesia Global, Tbk in Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency is hiring a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the quality management efforts within our pharmaceutical operations.

You will implement and monitor the QMS to ensure compliance with BPOM and related regulations, coordinate training, and collaborate with the PMT PJT to uphold quality across batch processing, documentation, and product release.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or related field required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Well-organized with good administrative abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and ensure the quality system complies with all applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with management and the Traditional Medicine Technical Person in Charge (PJT) to develop, execute, and evaluate the company's Quality Management System (QMS).
• Work alongside management and the Traditional Medicine PJT to create, implement, and evaluate the company's Quality Risk Management framework.
• Ensure and evaluate the proper implementation of the documentation system for all quality records in accordance with prevailing regulations.
• Organize and oversee internal and external training programs for all relevant personnel.
• Partner with the Traditional Medicine PJT to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory requirements from key stakeholders, including BPOM, suppliers, and Halal certification bodies.
• Evaluate and review all batch processing and batch packaging records.
• Coordinate with the Traditional Medicine PJT to approve or reject finished goods for sale, taking all relevant quality factors into account.
• Verify that every product batch is manufactured and inspected in strict compliance with distribution license (izin edar) requirements.
• Systematically and consistently uphold all company policies and regulations.
