Quality Assurance Staff

1. Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels.

2. Make corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints.

3. Implementing of quality management system in the field.

4. Preparing external and internal quality audit.

5. Ensure all team members are able to carry out the inspection process.

Job Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering/Chemical Engineering or a Diploma in Wood Technology.

2. Minimum of 1 year experience as QA is preferred.

3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

4. Familiar with Google Docs & Excel.

5. Good analytical skills & strong in data analysis.
