Job summary

A leading automotive firm in Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to ensure production processes meet quality standards. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Bachelor's in a related field and at least a year of experience in Quality Assurance. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is an advantage.
• Able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Job Descriptions

• Ensure all production processes are conducted in accordance with established quality standards.
• Participate in internal quality audits and support external audits (customer audits, ISO, IATF, etc.).
• Prepare supporting documentation and follow up on audit findings.
• Collaborate with relevant teams to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of quality management systems based on ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant standards.
• Maintain active communication with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive, Metallurgy Engineering, or other related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in the automotive industry (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Knowledge of automotive quality standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949 is an advantage.
• Strong skills in problem analysis and problem-solving techniques (root cause analysis, 5 Why, Fishbone).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, communicative, and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
