Requirements:

• 1–4 years of experience as a Manual Tester.
• Willing to work onsite in Batam.

Job Description:

• Work closely with stakeholders on assigned Projects, Change Requests (CR), and Production Defects.
• Ensure that systems are thoroughly tested and comply with the requirements defined in the Business Requirement Specification (BRS), Functional Specifications, or Technical Documentation, including both high-level and low-level system designs.
• Ensure test results are properly documented.
• Communicate any risks associated with incident delivery from the development team to the QA Manager.
• Possess a strong aptitude for testing with a keen eye for detail.
• Perform manual functional testing of core insurance applications.
• Experience in regression testing, manual functional testing, or automation testing is required.
