Job description

We are seeking an experienced and analytical QA Team Leader to join our Load Inventory Team. In this role, you will lead a team of Quality Assurance specialists, ensuring high accuracy and compliance across load processes. Your responsibilities include conducting quality checks, data analysis, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and effectively communicating findings to cross-functional stakeholders.

To succeed, you should possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and proven experience managing a team. You must be self-motivated, comfortable working with large data sets, and able to communicate insights clearly in English.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a QA team, ensuring targets are met.
  • Perform and oversee quality checks, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Analyze large data volumes to identify discrepancies, errors, duplicates, and violations.
  • Review team findings, providing guidance and coaching.
  • Act as the main contact for QA escalations and process concerns.
  • Collaborate with Load, Product, and Contracts teams to reduce errors and improve processes.
  • Present insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to QA procedures and support documentation updates.
  • Provide feedback, performance reviews, and development plans for team members.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any major.
  • 1–2 years of leadership experience in QA, auditing, or data analysis, managing at least 5 people.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Effective time management and leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with large data sets and cross-functional teams is advantageous.
  • Willing to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willing to relocate between Jakarta and BSD as needed.
