PT. Cosmax Indonesia is growing rapidly. To support our expansion, we are opening an opportunity for the Quality Assurance Part Leader (QA Part Leader).

The QA Part Leader will assist the QA Team Leader in leading the QA team, which consists of more than 15 members, including QA Staff, Validation Staff, and others. The QA Part Leader will report directly to the QA Team Leader and the Senior QAC Manager from South Korea. Please review the qualifications below before applying.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Apothecary, Science, Pharmacist or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor or Senior Staff in cosmetics or pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.
  • Knowledge and experience with cosmetic products.
  • Familiarity with Quality Standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPKB/GMP, ISO 22716, MUI Halal, Vegan & Cosmos, among others.
  • Strong auditing skills and document management experience.
  • Good leadership qualities and interpersonal skills.

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate to maintain Quality Standards Conformity (Certification).
  2. Prepare for external audits and ensure the effectiveness of internal audits.
  3. Follow up on CAPA audits and complaints, ensuring the effectiveness of corrective actions.
  4. Ensure change requests are closed before commercial batches.
