Job Description

1. Build and run processes of manual QA testing
2. Carry out testing of the application system that is being developed, including the black-box/gray-box and positive/negative methods
3. Investigate, identify and report bugs discovered in our flows
4. Validate and test a wide variety of technologies and platforms
5. Create documentation, implement new QA processes and improve existing ones
6. Verify that real-world use cases and user expectations are simulated and met during the validation process.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
2. 1-3 years experience working as a QA engineer with consumer-based products
3. Experience in running manual tests on mobile applications
4. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a MUST
5. Ability to summarize and identify the real issue from various sources of information
6. Ability to articulate and clearly communicate information in a simple, logical and impactful manner
7. Good comprehension of technology and comfortable with working with technical tools
8. Familiarity with different types of app performance issues will be an advantage
