Quality Assurance Officer

Ensure and support for implementation of ISO 22000 - BAP, audit certification body, and internal audit.

Ensure and support for developing, verifying and validating HACCP system are going well.

Monitor and develop preventive and corrective actions as well as hazard analyze related to product safety.

Ensure and support for Implementation of Global QA (Internal Audit, Carry Over and Homogeneity, Phytase Recovery).

Ensure and support for implementation and make Traceability and Recall Simulation Report.

Conduct, report, and follow up GMP audit.

Working together with document control to maintain all of change management.

Execute and monitor all the activities related to health, safety, and environment (HSE).

Work safely according to work procedures.

Take corrective action when encountering unsafe conditions or unsafe acts and report them to superiors.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in animal science, Food Science, Agriculture, or a related field.

Have experience min 3 years as QA in Feed Industry.

Knowledge of feed mill operations, feed formulation, and animal nutrition is desirable.

Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 22000, HACCP).

Good Manufacture Practices (GMP).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work in Bekasi, West Java.
