Quality Assurance Officer

• Ensuring factories' compliance to internal standard (SOP) and customer requirement by periodically visiting and reviewing factory sites.
• Coordinating with factory teams regarding customer requirement (first shipment or new requirements).
• Analyzing and following up to factory teams regarding NG (No Good) production and other quality issues.
• Analyzing and following up investigation reports regarding complaints from customers.
• Periodically reviewing and analyzing all complaint compilations in order to improve Quality Assurance plan.
• Handling customer audit, analyzing and following up action plan or further corrective action.
• Supporting factory teams regarding reporting in SAP and customer's system.

Job Qualifications:

• Holds minimum a Bachelor's degree from Engineering majors (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
• Preferably has 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Engineering or related (fresh graduates are welcomed to apply).
• Demonstrates excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel).
• Preferably has previous experience with SAP.
• Familiarity with Quality Tools (SOC, CP/CPK, 7 tools, etc.)
• Has knowledge of ISO 9001 audit.
• Has strong analytical and critical thinking skills, detail-oriented, and good communication and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
• Ready to travel to Sumatra and Kalimantan areas (factory sites).
