About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at PT Arisamandiri Pratama, a leading manufacturing company in the heart of Demak, Central Java. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the highest quality standards across our production processes, ensuring our products consistently meet or exceed customer expectations.

What you'll be doing

• Develop, implement and monitor comprehensive quality control systems and procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues
• Analyse production data and generate detailed reports to track quality metrics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve the root causes of quality problems
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to uphold quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in quality assurance
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing or Quality Management
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality assurance or quality control role within the manufacturing industry
