Job summary

Tanggung jawab termasuk mengembangkan dan memelihara rencana pengujian, berkolaborasi dengan pengembang untuk memastikan kualitas produk yang tinggi, serta memberikan umpan balik untuk peningkatan berkelanjutan. Calon ideal memiliki latar belakang pendidikan di Computer Science dan pengalaman menggunakan alat otomasi pengujian seperti Selenium dan SQL untuk mendukung keberhasilan aplikasi.

Qualifications

• 2-5 tahun pengalaman di Quality Assurance.
• Mengerti metodologi dan proses QA.
• Kemampuan bekerja mandiri dalam lingkungan yang cepat.

Responsibilities

• Kolaborasi dengan tim untuk memahami persyaratan platform dan merancang strategi pengujian.
• Membangun dan mengeksekusi rencana pengujian untuk fitur baru.
• Memonitor dan menganalisis hasil pengujian untuk memberikan laporan kualitas.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other QA engineers to understand platform requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes related to the platform.
• Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Provide feedback on testability and quality implications.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Monitor and analyze test results, providing clear and concise reports on product quality.
• Ensure adherence to industry best practices and internal quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a significant focus on platform or backend systems.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in designing and executing various testing types (functional, regression, integration).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman).
• Familiarity with database testing (SQL).
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the multi-finance or financial services industry.
  Understanding of microservices architecture.
