Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Electrical Engineering QA at PT SUCACO Tbk in Bekasi, responsible for ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards. The QA role involves defining quality standards, implementing quality management systems, and monitoring production processes to identify and address quality issues. The position focuses on preventing problems before they occur, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the company's reputation.

Responsibilities

• Define quality standards, implement quality management systems, and monitor production processes to identify and address quality issues.
• Prepare plans, ensure that the design is safe and efficient, and ensure that construction is completed within budget.
• Coordinate with related teams for improvement.
• Supervise every part level and analyze the vehicle level issue inspection.
• Quality/Customer handling & warranty and market claim management.
• Identify engineering issues impacting warranty, durability, customer satisfaction, safety, or regulatory compliance by analyzing data sources and monitoring field trends.
• Report to Senior Manager Quality; determine and develop user requirements for systems in production to ensure maximum usability.
• Carry out quality tests on production results.
• Coordinate the implementation team.
